Applications for mid 2018 open April 3rd

Applications will close on 6th July 2018. Applicants should be aware that they will require an LSAT score or be registered for the June LSAT in order to apply. If an applicant is using the June LSAT for entry they must be aware that only a conditional offer will be made and that once results are released (several weeks into semester two), their offer may be revoked if they do not meet the required conditions.

The deadline to enrol for the June LSAT is 1st May 2018.

Intensive

In order to establish a core body of theoretical and skills based knowledge at the commencement of the JD, Foundations of Law and Lawyering is delivered intensively. This class will run in the two weeks prior to Semester Two (commencing Monday 16th July 2018) from Monday to Friday. All applicants should ensure that they are able to attend this class. Applicants who believe that they may have difficulty attending this class should contact the Deputy Head (Students) to discuss further.

Orientation

JD Orientation activities will take place during the intensive unit, Foundations of Law and Lawyering.

Transfers

Applicants applying to transfer into the JD should complete the standard application from and include all information from their JD studies, including links to unit outlines. Applications for transfers will be considered on a case by case basis as and when they are received. Students are able to transfer into the course mid year.
