The UWA Faculty of Law has a long tradition of providing high quality legal education and undertaking progressive, high impact research.

Our postgraduate programs include the Juris Doctor, a three-year postgraduate coursework degree leading to admission to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

The core research business of the Faculty is analysis, advice and the development of reform proposals in the field of law and legal policy. The Faculty’s research centres employ staff skilled in data collection, data analysis and program evaluation.
