It is designed for lawyers, government officials, oil and gas company personnel, and business and law teachers who need an understanding of the legal context of oil and gas joint ventures.

The workshop offers a unique insight into the relationship between joint-venturers, the complicated planning and approval phase of a project, transportation and delivery of product and the long-term nature of the purchase and sale arrangements.
Participants will hear of real-life examples of what happens behind the scenes in a joint venture, how joint venturers deal with long-term risk and how complicated projects become a reality.
