Law/Economics students take top honours in national awards

Two students from The University of Western Australia have won the top national awards in the inaugural Reserve Bank of Australia Economics Competition.

Fundamentals of Oil and Gas Law

This year's 4 day intensive was very successful.  In attendance were UWA postgraduate students, lawyer's, solicitor's and administrative staff from the oil and gas industry.  The intensive covered basic concepts of oil and gas law dealing with the legal environment of the international oil and gas exploration and production industry.

Course coodinator was the world authority in oil and gas law, Professor Terence Daintith.  Industry experts that contributed included:
