You can access computers at various locations to help you complete your studies. 

• Activate your account as soon as you enrol with our activation form.
• Verify your account is active with our password recovery service.

Teaching and general access labs

1. G.85 - 20 seats, available* to all Business and Law students
   
2. G.86 - 20 seats, available* to all Business and Law students
3. G.87 - 20 seats, available  8:30am - 5:00pm to all Business and Law students
4. G.87 - 20 seats, available* to all Business and Law honours students
5. 1.25 - 10 seats, available* to all Business and Law postgraduate students

24-hour lab access is no longer available

You can access computer labs 7am to 11pm Mon-Fri, and 8am to 6pm weekends and public holidays, with your campus card.  The access policy applies to all computer lab access.

Access exceptions are:

• during maintenance times
• the "honours lab" (room G87) is for honours, masters, and PhD students only after 5:00pm
  
• the Reid Library Scholars' Centre is available to honours and postgraduate students only.

Campus card lab access is enabled by default for enrolled students.

If you can't get in with your card, check your email to make sure you have not been banned. If not, contact the campus card helpdesk.

Student labs policy

Students who have access to the Business School computer labs must agree to and abide by the following regulations.

The penalty for breaking any of these regulations is suspension or loss of Business School lab access and other IT services.

1. Lab access is only granted to the owner of the campus card. You are not to allow anyone else into the lab under any circumstances. If a student enters a lab which has been unlocked by you, your access will be revoked.
2. Campus cards are not to be lent to anybody else - you are responsible for your campus card and must report it missing if it is lost or stolen. If a student enters a lab using your campus card, your access will be revoked.
3. Food and drink are not permitted inside the labs at any time. A penalty of loss of print quota (to recoup cleaning and damage expenses) or access applies.
