The following information has been provided to help you with computers at PSB Academy in Singapore.
Your PSB computer account is made up of the first six (6) letters of your surname and your initials as they appear on student record system or your enrolment. For example, the username for "AJ Chau" would be "CHAUAJ". For student "V Longname" the username would be "LONGNAV". Should this system result in two or more students having the same username the second student will have a digit added to the end of their username, for example, "CHAUAJ1". These students will be informed of username prior to the accounts being created.
The default password for your account is your student number. This includes any characters or symbols in your student number, for example, X and / are both valid characters. When you log on for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
The password is case-sensitive, so "password" and "PASSWORD" will be recognised as different passwords.
Your PSB account and UWA Business School account are not related in any way, so changing the password for one account will not affect the other.

Contact the UWA helpdesk. Do not ask staff at PSB.
There is a limit of 25 mb storage per student.
Accounts belonging to students who have not re-enrolled will be deleted. Any data left in their home area will be archived for six months, then deleted.
