Quota and quota usage are cleared at the end of each year.
All students are allocated a print quota which is determined by study workload.

Note that print quota is provided for assignments - not for course readers, lecture notes and the like. If you require extra quota for these purposes please visit Help Desk with sufficient credit on your campus card in order to purchase it.

This facility is provided to update your Business School student print quota.
You should visit this page if you ever withdraw from a unit or enrol in a new unit so that your quotas etc are kept up to date. If you withdraw from a unit your quotas may decrease without notice, so please be aware of your updated quota by using this service.
Extra quota can be purchased at the helpdesk using credit on your campus card at a cost of 11 cents per page, with a minimum purchase of $10.
Unit co-ordinators and lecturers can arrange for extra quota allocations for individual students or units via administrative support staff.
If the print toner runs out or the print quality is poor when printing assignments, the pages can be presented to the helpdesk within one hour for a refund. If you are printing after helpdesk support hours, present the pages by 9.30am the next business day. Refunds will not be made if there is not enough paper available when you print. If you need paper, contact helpdesk for extra supplies.
