On lab computers, you have a "home area" where you can store your Business School coursework.

Go to the My Documents folder on the desktop, or via H: drive under My Computer.

Each student is allocated 200mb.

You can also access this area from home using FTP. We recommend against using Internet Explorer 7 for FTP. Instead, try FlashFXP or FileZilla.

The server name is student.biz.uwa.edu.au

Obtaining extra quota

Simply contact the helpdesk and request more. There is no charge for additional storage space for course work.

Misuse of disk quota

Your disk quota is only for storage of your Business School coursework files (or Law School files if you are a Law student).

Copyrighted materials, such as MP3s, will be deleted, and you will incur an administrative fee.

Lectopia (iLecture) materials or photos from digital cameras will also be  deleted.
